Oral Health Victoria (OHV) is seeking a Statewide Systems Officer to support statewide applications across Victoria's public oral health network. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping clinicians and staff resolve issues and navigate system processes.
You will work in a scheduled contact centre and provide high-quality service between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, collaborating with technical specialists to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvement.
