About Us

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Airport Passenger Service Officer /Ground Staff to join a prestigious 5-star Japanese airline.

This role is ideal for someone with previous airline or airport operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

- Coordinateand support passenger handling and daily airline operations
- Ensureoperational tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes
- Liaisewith ground handling and airport service providers
- Superviseand coordinate outsourced service partners as an airline representative
- Provideoffice and administrative support
- Respondto operational issues and changing priorities
- Performother operational duties as required

Your Profile

Previous airline or airport operations experience isessential.

- About 3 years of airport, airline operations or relevant customer serviceexperience




- Previousexperience in passenger services or a similar airline/airport role
- Supervisoryor team coordination experience will be highly regarded
- Strongwritten and spoken English
- Japaneselanguage skills are an advantage, but not essential
- Genuineinterest in Japan, Japanese culture or working within a Japanesecompany
- GoodMicrosoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive,organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ableto prioritise and adapt in a quick-paced operational environment
- Physicallyfit and comfortable working rotating shifts

Working Hours

This is a full-time shift-based position :

- 8-hourrostered shifts, including 7.5 working hours + 30-minute break
- Morningshift: 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Afternoonshift: 3:30pm – 11:30pm
- Flexibilityto work a rotating roster is required
