Abcare Aboriginal Community and Care in Grafton, NSW seeks a Family Preservation Caseworker to work with children, young people and their families within the Family Preservation program. You will undertake casework to support Family Action Plans and help Aboriginal families stay together.

You will manage reports for court, complete case management tasks, maintain contact with families and stakeholders, participate in on-call rosters, and advocate for Aboriginal families in the sector.
