About You

- Live across the Casino area including Irvington, Piora, Spring Grove, Tomki, Woodview, Lismore and surrounding communities
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day with afternoon availability, Monday to Friday
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!
- Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environments and/or completed a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care

What We Offer

- $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
- Reliable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Your Role

As a valued member of the team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.

- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
- Medication assistance (where applicable)
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing





Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
