Bathurst Motor Group is seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to lead both the Service and Parts departments. You will drive productivity, maximise workshop capacity, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while improving revenue and profitability across fixed operations.

You will report to the General Manager and own budgeting, KPI delivery, warranty processes, and alignment with manufacturer requirements.
