LegalVision is seeking a motivated 2-4 PQE lawyer to join our corporate advisory team in Sydney. You will work with exceptional lawyers on a diverse client base, from SMEs to high-growth startups and VC firms, handling M&A;, capital raisings, debt financing and regulatory matters.

This role suits a junior to mid-level lawyer who can manage workflows efficiently, communicate with clients, and take ownership of matters in a rapid-paced, high-volume setting.
