Anglicare Victoria is seeking an Intake and Active Hold Worker to support disengaged youth (10-17) across the Navigator Program in Preston. You will conduct intake assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain referrals and case files to re-engage students with education.

The role is fixed-term to June 30th 2027, part time (0.8 FTE, 4 days/week) with increments up to 5.3, based at Preston with regional outreach.
