At REALISM you're not working a register, you're running the space. You read the floor, you know the product, you look after the customer in front of you and the team beside you.

Key responsibilities

Look after every customer properly, real conversations, not a rehearsed pitch and build the kind of connection that brings people back

Sell through knowing the product: understand what someone's after, suggest the right piece, and talk fit, fabric and styling with confidence

Move across the floor, fitting room and register, and be where you're needed when it's busy

Keep the store looking sharp, replenished, organised and merchandised to a standard that matches the brand

Support stock operations: processing deliveries, replenishment and keeping the back of house tight

Contribute to store and individual targets, and push yourself to beat them

Bring ideas and take ownership of your section and your product

About you

Experience in a customer-facing retail role

Confidence selling,



talking product and reading what a customer actually wants

A real interest in streetwear, fashion and the culture around it

Positive, curious and team-first, you pick up the pace rather than slow it down

Organised, proactive and able to adapt when the floor changes

Availability across a mix of weekdays and weekends, including some late-night trade
