Belgravia Leisure is seeking a qualified Aquatic Operations Manager for the Wurdi Baierr Aquatic & Recreation Centre in Torquay (3228). You will build and lead a capable operations team to deliver a protected, patron-friendly facility and uphold OH&S; standards.

Under the support of the Venue Manager, you will manage budgets, contractor relationships and KPIs, drive the centre’s appearance, and ensure compliance with Belgravia’s policies and regulatory requirements ahead of an early 2027 opening (role
