Outbound Sales Representative – Lead Generation (Construction)

About us
Empire Windows supplies aluminium and steel windows and doors to builders and developers across VIC, QLD, NSW and WA. Since 2022 we've grown to a team of around 25 by doing things properly: we handle everything from shop drawings through customs, delivery to site, and installation with our own in-house team. Builders like us because we make their lives easier.
We're expanding in Queensland and need a sharp, driven outbound salesperson to fill our pipeline across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The role
This is a hunting role. Your job is to open doors, not close deals. You'll be prospecting builders, developers and project managers, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our closer, who takes it from there and signs the job.
Day to day you'll be:
Making high-volume cold calls to residential, townhouse and multi-res builders and developers
Running outreach via email and d follow-up sequences
Researching upcoming projects and identifying decision-makers
Qualifying leads (project type, timing, volume, current supplier) before booking meetings
Booking meetings into our closer's calendar and handing over explicit notes
Keeping the CRM up to date and tracking your activity and results
About you
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting is preffered
Comfortable picking up the phone all day and unfazed by rejection
Confident, personable and quick to build rapport with tradies, builders and developers
Organised and disciplined with follow-up
Competitive and motivated by targets
Based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast
