Job Description

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager, this office-based role involves:

- daily customer service and supplier liaison
- developing quotes tomeet customer specifications
- creating orders for greenlife stock
- assisting withstock dispatch and delivery
- general administration and invoicing activities

The position is full time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.

Plantmark offers a four-week induction and training program, with face-to-face learning and online courses to support your success in the role.

Essential attributes

To shine as a Plantmark Sales and Service Coordinator, you will have:

- genuine interestin plants or knowledge/qualifications in horticulture
- experience in sales and customer service
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- confident computer ability at intermediate standards
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- abilityto coordinate multipletasks and liaise with a varietystakeholders

Applicants must also be capable of performing occasional heavy lifting tasks and be able to handle plant stock outdoors in all weather conditions.
