Member Experience Manager at UNI-FIT St Ives, part of Universal Fitness Group. You will drive new membership sales, manage and mentor a small team of personal trainers, develop local sales strategies, oversee lead generation activities, and play a key role in creating a welcoming, energetic, and results-driven club culture.

Key responsibilities

Increase the revenue of the business through achievement of membership targets and own and drive their business through effective data base management, converting this data into new member joiners.

Lead and manage a small team of personal trainers

Clearly define both business to consumer and business to business sales strategies and align to overall business strategy.

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls

Plan weekly, monthly meetings for development and training

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Maintain high level of knowledge on all available fitness products in the club.





Drive new member integration experience by prescribing relevant club products and services and monitoring new member visits

Help uphold a safe, professional, and welcoming club environment.

About you

Certificate 3 & 4 is very desirable

2+ years of experience managing sales and fitness teams

Exposure to B2B and B2C selling

Passionate about health, fitness, and member experience.

Proven experience in customer service and achieving sales targets or KPIs.

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Solid PC skills including MS Excel, Word, internal sales tracking system

Right to work in Australia
