Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen, dishwashing areas and food preparation spaces
- Stacking, clearing and operating the dishwasher, and hand washing items unable to be cleaned in the dishwasher.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as required
- Ensuring kitchen waste is managed appropriately and work areas remain clean and organised




- Following all food safety, workplace health and safety, and hygiene procedures
- Contributing to a positive workplace culture by living our SPARK values: Service, People, Action, Respect and Kindness

About You

- The ability to work efficiently, and remain calm and organised during busy periods
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
- Willing to learn, develop your skills and grow within our friendly Kitchen team
- Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
