About the Role

As Club Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, sales performance and member experience at Anytime Fitness St Ives.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving membership sales and achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.

- Managing phone enquiries, following up leads and converting prospects into members.

- Creating engaging social media content, including reels, stories and club promotions.





- Building relationships with local businesses and generating opportunities through B2B networking.

- Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling member enquiries and concerns.

- Creating a positive club culture through member engagement and community events.

- Managing general administration and maintaining the club’s presentation and standards.

- Taking initiative and ownership of the club’s overall performance and growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is energetic, outgoing and confident with great people skills.

- Has a genuine passion for health and fitness.

- Is sales-driven, self-motivated and enjoys achieving targets.

- Is creative, social media savvy and comfortable being in front of the camera.

- Has solid communication, organisation and basic computer skills.

- Takes initiative, shows accountability and has a business‑minded approach.

- Is ambitious and eager to progress within the fitness industry.

Previous sales, fitness or management experience is highly regarded, but the right attitude and personality are what matter most!

Requirements

First Aid & CPR certificates and Working With Children Check.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 11am–7pm
