GENERAL AUSTRALIA is seeking an HVAC Technical Support specialist to join our team. This role combines technical support, troubleshooting and service operations across multiple Australian locations such as Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne or Perth.

You will provide expert advice to customers and internal teams while staying connected to field and workshop environments. A robust emphasis on training, warranty support and product feedback is required.
