What We're Looking For

- 1-2 years minimum retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Ability to work independently and confidently as part of a team.

- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative.

- Excellent understanding of stock control and stock integrity.

- Sales-driven, with a strong focus on customer service and achieving targets.

- Experience in visual merchandising,



maintaining store presentation and creating eye-catching displays.

- Confident being in front of a camera for social media content, promotions and marketing.

- Strong multitasking, communication and organisational skills.

- Flexible availability, including some weekends.

Your Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the retail store.

- Deliver outstanding customer service and actively drive sales.

- Maintain accurate stock levels and strong stock control procedures.

- Merchandise clothing, shoes and accessories to maximise sales.

- Keep the store clean, organised and looking its best.

- Take initiative, solve problems and make decisions when required.

- Assist with social media content, promotions and in-store campaigns.

- Work collaboratively with the barbers and wider team to create a excellent customer experience.
