Pfizer Australia and New Zealand is seeking a People Experience professional to be the go-to PX partner at the site. You will support leaders and colleagues, manage employee relations and bargaining activities, and drive engagement and continuous improvement across HR processes.
You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with HR to implement initiatives, support recruitment and onboarding, and advise managers on personnel issues while staying compliant with labour laws.
