Contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Fair Work claims (unfair dismissal, general protections, adverse action) Employment and work health and safety advice Enterprise agreements, award compliance and workplace investigations Employment contracts,



policies and restructuring Leading matters, building client relationships and working with junior lawyers Contributing to growing the practice Adaptable working arrangements available. Requirements

Senior Associate level (Special Counsel also considered) Experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for employers Broad employment and safety advisory experience Strong client relationship skills and the ability to lead matters Full working rights in Australia and a current practising certificate
