Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration and Identity Engineer to support a tenant-to-tenant migration in a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, PowerShell automation and source-environment readiness, including migration discovery, remediation, testing and cutover.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate and document existing Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory and Okta configurations, including identity synchronisation, provisioning and authentication.
- Analyse directory data, user attributes, UPNs, email addresses, aliases, groups, application integrations and access policies.
- Identify dependencies for migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups.
- Assess identity mapping, permissions, email domains and mail-flow requirements for tenant-to-tenant migration.
- Perform source-environment preparation and remediation, troubleshoot technical issues, and support migration testing, cutover and post-migration validation.
- Develop technical designs, configuration documentation, implementation plans, migration runbooks and support handover materials.
- Collaborate with migration vendors to resolve technical queries,



clarify responsibilities and ensure source-environment readiness.

Required Skills and Experience

- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Okta in hybrid enterprise environments.
- Previous experience supporting Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for discovery, reporting, configuration and automation.
- Good understanding of identity synchronisation, authentication, provisioning, SSO and access management.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups migration dependencies.
- Experience with migration discovery, source-side remediation, testing, cutover and post-migration validation.
- Ability to independently investigate complex technical environments and translate findings into clear documentation and implementation actions.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills.
