An experienced gardener role maintaining residential gardens on regular runs across the Mornington Peninsula and Bayside. You'll work alongside the design and build teams, with a explicit path to grow your skills.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain residential gardens on regular runs
- Prune, hedge, weed, mulch, mow and edge to a high standard
- Plant, feed and care for new and established plantings
- Spot plant health, irrigation and drainage issues and report them
- Keep clients informed and leave every site, and the truck, clean and tidy
About you
- At least 2 years' experience as a gardener or in garden maintenance
- Good plant knowledge and confidence with pruning
- Safe use of mowers, hedgers, blowers and other small machinery
- Current driver's licence
- Horticulture qualification an advantage, not essential
