The exciting opportunity

- Parental leave contract – ASAP start until 28th February 2027
- Part-time role working Saturdays and Sundays from 10am – 3pm, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts to cover leave
- Join the lifestyle team at our 87-bed aged care facility in Lyneham
- Deliver activity programs that cater to residents’ needs and preferences
- Accompany residents on outings enabling them to take part in social events
- Support residents with mobility, nutrition and hydration management, and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing
- Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care

About you

- Experience as a Lifestyle Officer in residential aged care
- Proactive, autonomous, compassionate, excellent communication skills, and able to build strong rapport with residents
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded
- Working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship will not be offered)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and flu vaccination, or willingness to obtain
