Prime Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Workshop Supervisor for an established stainless steel fabrication and engineering business in Malaga.

The business is known for quality work and long-standing clients. It builds specialised equipment for major food industry clients and sterilisation equipment for hospitals.

This is not a desk job. You'll lead from the floor, keep work moving and hold the standards the business is known for.

The Role

- Run daily workshop operations and allocate work
- Lead and mentor tradespeople and apprentices
- Manage scheduling, priorities and deadlines
- Track progress, labour and job costs against quotes
- Make sure work meets drawings, specs and quality standards
- Keep safety and housekeeping standards high

About You

- Experience leading a fabrication or engineering workshop
- Strong boilermaking or stainless steel fabrication background
- Able to read drawings and manage performance
- Comfortable using Word and Excel





Heavy-duty stainless or food industry experience is highly regarded. A trade ticket is preferred but not essential. Senior tradespeople ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
