Andel Resources

Perth

Gylden Resources, a subsidiary of Andel Resources, is an emerging gold producer preparing to pour first gold from the Kirkalocka Processing Facility near Mount Magnet in Q1 CY2027.

Located 70km south of Mount Magnet in the Murchison Goldfields of Western Australia, Kirkalocka has been established as a regional processing hub, with the capability to process ore from our own mining operations and third-party producers through toll treatment arrangements. Our integrated business spans mining, haulage, processing and contract services, providing a diverse and sustainable operating platform.

As an Environmental Advisor, you will work an 8/6 roster and provide day-to-day environmental advice to site, coordinating environmental monitoring and inspections, maintaining compliance with approval and licence conditions, preparing statutory and compliance reports, supporting environmental approvals, rehabilitation and mine closure planning.

As the site Environmental representative, you will verify the implementation of all applicable environmental approvals, approval conditions and environmental commitments relevant to site activities, providing tactical day to day advice. You will promote environmental awareness to supervisors, work crews and contractors through inductions, pre-starts, training and communication campaigns.

You’ll maintain and continually improve the site Environmental Management System, manage clearing permit processes and disturbance tracking, and coordinate flora and fauna surveys. You will lead the response to environmental incidents,

supporting investigations and reviewing of contractor environmental management plans to ensure contractors meet site requirements. You will support Aboriginal heritage management in consultation with Traditional Owners and help manage the site environmental budget.
