Prime Recruitment is hiring experienced CNC Machinists and Programmers across Perth. Our clients are established manufacturing, engineering and fabrication businesses.

The Work
Depending on the role, you'll be:

- Programming, setting up and running CNC mills, lathes and lasers
- Preparing, nesting and optimising programs for production
- Reading drawings, specs and 3D models
- Machining parts to tolerance and checking them with precision gear
- Solving machining and production issues as they come up

About You

- Proven CNC machining, programming or operating experience
- Able to read drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Good grasp of tooling and machining processes
- Sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work




- Safety-minded and reliable

Experience with BLM or HK lasers, Mazatrol, Fanuc, Okuma or Siemens controls, Mastercam, SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a bonus.

A Fitter and Machinist trade ticket is highly regarded. Solid hands-on experience counts too.
