The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO and CEO, this Finance Manager position is designed to sustain our extraordinary growth trajectory. To support this momentum, we are transitioning our finance capabilities into a scalable, enterprise-grade function with analytics and AI at the centre of that evolution. This dynamic opportunity offers a complete end-to-end mandate. You will master group accounting, month-end close, and strict tax hygiene while rapidly developing into a strategic commercial partner focused on customer analytics and complex business case modelling. Supported by a dedicated offshore assistant accountant managing daily transactional processing, you will unlock significant capacity to step beyond the ledger. You will partner directly with operational teams, ensuring our financial systems and data capabilities mature in lockstep with our rapidly expanding market footprint.

What You'll Do





You will be the definitive driver of our commercial function, splitting your time between strategic enterprise-grade management and active, hands-on execution to support our rapidly expanding global operational footprint.

- Lead the end-to-end month-end close and consolidated management reporting seamlessly.
- Oversee daily transaction processing managed by your offshore assistant accountant.
- Maintain dynamic cash flow models to ensure optimal working capital management.
- Develop analytical models assessing unit economics, acquisition dynamics, and retention.
- Embed an AI-first ethos using modern tools to automate dashboard reporting.
- Provide agile finance support across structural transitions and operational performance reviews.

What You'll Bring

We are seeking a commercially astute, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a energetic environment, balancing strict compliance deadlines with the ambition to build highly scalable, enterprise-grade commercial partnerships.

- CA or CPA qualification with four to seven years of progressive experience.
- Strong foundations in Australian statutory accounting, payroll tax, and intercompany reporting.
- Commercial curiosity with a strong appetite to influence operational business decisions.
- Coachable, self-starter mindset ready to adapt within a rapid-moving, entrepreneurial culture.
