Duty Manager

Little Fletchers | Townsville QLD

$75k to $85k + super | Full-time or casual | Immediate start

Must have bar experience, and experience running opens and closes.

Little Fletchers is a bar and bistro just across the bridge from the stadium, so when the big games are on, we're the spot people pop into before and after. We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to take ownership of the floor, lead our team through busy services and keep the venue running at its best every shift.

The role

· Run shifts across the bar and bistro, from open to close

· Lead, supervise and motivate our front of house team

· Keep service tight and guests happy on busy game days and quiet weeknights alike

· Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling and banking

· Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, RSA and WH&S; requirements

· Handle guest feedback and resolve issues calmly and professionally

· Assist with rostering, stock control and daily reporting

About you

· Experience as a Duty Manager or senior hospitality supervisor

· 1 to 2 years in a similar role preferred

· Experience on both bar and floor, and happy to work both





· Current RSA certificate (QLD), essential

· Current RMLV certificate (QLD), preferred

· Current RSG certificate (QLD), preferred

· A confident leader who stays calm when the place is packed

· Robust understanding of responsible service of alcohol and licensing obligations

· Great communication, problem-solving and people skills

· Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
