ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with our highly skilled Sales and Account Management teams, this key position will see you coordinating the delivery of a broad range of vehicles. Collaborating with our wide network of suppliers and dealers, you will play a key role in helping our customers to drive away in their new cars, on time and stress free.

Based at our well-appointed Bella Vista office, your days will be varied and see you managing the customer journey from vehicle order to delivery including:

- Coordinating all vehicle order processes including purchase orders, tax invoices and customer updates.
- Liaising with sales teams, financiers and dealerships to facilitate efficient settlement and delivery
- Communicating with customers in relation to delivery details, addressing any questions to provide a stress-free experience
- Ensuring vehicle delivery, settlement documentation and records are accurate and up to date, minimising any delays.
- Providing first class customer service, resolving any issues or problems and ensuring complete satisfaction with the vehicle delivery process

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered, you will:

- Have a genuine passion for excellent customer service, committed to getting the best outcomes for our clients and customers




- Demonstrate a disciplined and organised approach to work and motivated to ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Show a keen eye for detail and accuracy and an outstanding approach to problem solving
- Be able to work independently whilst also enjoy collaborating as part of a team
- Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building effective long-term internal and external relationships
- Proficiently use MS Office, Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Confidently approach learning new skills and processes

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
