We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. Our focus is on building lasting relationships and providing solutions that meet our customers needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Proactively manage a regular call cycle of existing clients

- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and feedback via phone and email

- Follow up on leads and conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business

- Promote and explain marketing campaigns and product promotions

- Upsell and recommend additional products

- Maintain accurate customer records and call notes in the CRM system

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business objectives

- Meet and exceed individual sales targets





To be successful in the role, you will have the following experience:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service setting

- Demonstrated success in tele sales or internal sales roles

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Positive attitude, team player, and goal-driven mindset
