Our client delivers specialist payment solutions across multiple industries, including business payments, travel, education, childcare and property.

The opportunity
You will take end-to-end ownership of your assigned products, driving strategy, roadmaps, innovation and delivery.
You'll have genuine influence over product direction, working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and other key stakeholders to turn customer and commercial opportunities into valuable solutions.
This is not simply a product maintenance role. It's an opportunity to challenge existing thinking, improve established products and help build the next generation of payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Own and develop product strategy and roadmaps.
- Drive product discovery, market research and customer insights.
- Translate business requirements into prioritised product enhancements.
- Work closely with Engineering teams on requirements, user stories and sprint delivery.
- Understand APIs,



integrations and payment gateway solutions.
- Support testing, implementation and successful product releases.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation.

About you

- 3+ years' experience in digital product management.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in banking, payments or financial services (this would make you stand out!
- Experience across education, travel, property or other transaction-heavy industries is advantageous.
- Experience taking products from discovery through to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgement.
- An understanding of APIs, integrations and technical delivery.
- Experience with Agile, Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to Figma, Power BI and AI tools such as Claude.
