About the Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth of our transport and warehousing operations. You will manage recruitment activities from attraction through to onboarding, helping ensure we continue to hire the best talent across our business.

This is a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you could be creating innovative recruitment campaigns and engaging candidates through social media, while the next you could be interviewing applicants, coordinating onboarding, or partnering with managers to fill critical operational positions.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you'll become an integral part of a supportive and high-performing culture where your contribution will make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business divisions.

- Writing and advertising compelling job opportunities across various platforms.

- Screening resumes and conducting candidate interviews.

- Developing recruitment strategies to attract top-quality talent.

- Building and maintaining talent pools for future workforce requirements.

- Coordinating interviews, reference checks, medicals, and onboarding processes.

- Creating engaging social media content to promote Sands Fridge Lines as an employer of choice.





- Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and providing recruitment advice.

- Maintaining recruitment records and ensuring compliance with company processes and policies.

- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to commencement.

About You

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for people. Recruitment experience is advantageous, however individuals with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems.

- Excellent social media skills and an understanding of digital engagement.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
