This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced electrician who is comfortable working independently, managing projects and leading apprentices when required.
Key responsibilities
- Independently managing electrical projects from rough-in through to completion
- Delivering high-quality electrical installations across luxury homes, new builds and renovations
- Coordinating with builders, clients and other trades
- Reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications
- Planning materials, scheduling works and managing onsite requirements
- Supervising and mentoring apprentices
- Fault finding, testing, commissioning and general electrical works
- Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation
About you
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a fully qualified electrician (post-apprenticeship)
- Proven experience working on high-end residential projects
- Ability to confidently manage and deliver projects independently
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively with builders, clients and other trades
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable, proactive and professional approach
- Experience with architectural lighting, smart home systems, automation or supervising apprentices will be highly regarded
- Full right to work in Australia
