With a proud history of service spanning over a century, we are guided by our values of Respect, Inclusion, Safety, Improvement, Empowerment, and Integrity, which shape everything we do.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to support purchasing and contract management across Masonic Care WA operations.

Working closely with our operational teams in aged care and retirement living, you will coordinate tenders, strengthen central supplier relationships and help secure quality goods and services that meet our needs and deliver value for money.

With a new residential dementia care home in the planning phase and a small retirement village development, you will also help plan and coordinate the procurement of equipment, furniture and other operational requirements to support their opening.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate tender, quotation and contract processes, including evaluating submissions and preparing recommendations.

- Develop and maintain preferred supplier arrangements, negotiating pricing, service standards and contract terms.

- Maintain and improve centralised procurement processes and contract records, monitoring renewals, supplier performance and compliance with agreed terms.

- Coordinate capital purchases, working with relevant teams to confirm requirements and assess pricing, delivery, warranties and ongoing maintenance costs.

- Support procurement for new developments.

- Provide practical purchasing advice and support to staff, ensuring procurement follows organisational policies and approval requirements.

What you bring:

- Experience in procurement and contracts coordination.

- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with a focus on quality, reliable service and value for money.

- The ability to review tender and contract documentation, compare options and make clear recommendations.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, contract deadlines and delivery schedules.

- A practical, collaborative approach and confidence working with staff across different functions.

- Experience supporting capital purchases, fit-outs or current facility projects would be highly regarded.

Why Join Us?
