About the role:

FoodWorks Baralaba is looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our retail store in Baralaba, Queensland. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient stock management, and driving sales and profitability. This is a full-time position based in our Baralaba store. This job offers a lot with the store needing a manger prepared to work on lifting the standards and offer to enhance the community demand.

What you'll be doing:

1. Manage and oversee all store operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and cash flow

2. Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement

3. Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for all customers

4. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain compliance

5. Lead, motivate and develop a team of store associates, providing coaching and training as needed

6. Identify and implement opportunities for improvements and cost savings

7. Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards and FoodWorks policies.

What we're looking for:

1. Minimum 3 years of Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a retail or supermarket environment.

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams

3.



Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive shopping experience

4. Proven track record in driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency

5. Solid understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

7. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
