We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued business growth.

About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote our property services and support business development.

You will work closely with management and internal teams to identify market opportunities, coordinate marketing campaigns and deliver effective marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

- Plan and coordinate digital marketing, social media, property advertising and other promotional campaigns.

- Develop and manage marketing materials, including property brochures, online listings, digital content and advertising resources.

- Analyse marketing performance, customer engagement and campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.

- Advise management on brand positioning, target markets, promotional strategies and marketing opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams,



external agencies and service providers to ensure effective campaign delivery.

- Monitor marketing budgets and expenditure, preparing regular performance reports.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and promotional activities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, market research and campaign management.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and marketing performance data.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational and project management abilities.

- A proactive, creative and results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the Australian real estate or property industry will be highly regarded.
