The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Warehouse Storeperson with high reach experience to join our team. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you will be an integral part of our daily success.
The Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy a consistent schedule with a respectful morning start time and no weekend work.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a comprehensive storeperson role focused on accuracy and operational flow. While a forklift license is required for occasional stock movement, the majority of your day will involve active warehouse tasks:
- Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing orders neatly and accurately to meet our high customer standards.
- Inventory & Accuracy:
Performing stock cycle-counts and liaising with Account Managers and Stock Controllers to resolve discrepancies.
- Inbound/Outbound: Unloading shipping containers and coordinating with transport carriers for daily pickups.
- Forklift Operation: Using a Crown High-Reach Forklift as required (minimal daily use) for specialized tasks.
- Facility Care: Taking ownership of warehouse cleanliness and safety to maintain a superior work environment.
What You'll Need
- Licensing: Current Forklift License (with high-reach experience) is essential.
- Experience: A solid background in warehouse operations, picking/packing, and inventory tasks.
- Reliability: You are punctual, motivated, and happy to "go the extra mile" when the team is busy.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is vital—you take pride in packing orders perfectly and keeping stock counts precise.
- Fitness: You are physically fit and comfortable with a quick-paced, active workday.
- Work Rights: Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
