About the role

Sky Global Rentals is a rent-to-own vehicle company looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Customer Service Officer to join our team. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced working environment.

Key responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries over the phone and in person, particularly regarding accidents, vehicle cover and claims.

- Assist customers with their queries and provide timely updates.

- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding matters, payments and general enquiries.

- Liaise with repair workshops to monitor vehicle repairs and follow up on repair progress.

- Coordinate with customers, workshops, cover providers and other stakeholders to ensure claims and repairs progress smoothly.





- Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the repair and claims process.

- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

About you

- Previous experience in sales, customer service or administration.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

- Professional attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
