About the Company
Victorian Trailers is a privately owned Australian trailer manufacturer with stores around the country. Our Mildura location offers retail sales, servicing and add-ons.
About the Role
Combine your hands-on mechanical experience with a customer-facing sales support role to help customers with trailer enquiries and keep daily orders moving.
• Coordinate daily priorities and product requirements with the workshop team.
• Prepare trailer orders and stock by spray painting and installing trailer lights, wheels and cages, etc.
• Present trailers in showroom condition
• Help load and unload trucks and keep the yard and workshop safe and tidy.
• Welcome walk-in customers and assist with trailer enquires.
• On occasion, Prepare quotes, orders, invoices and trailer registrations.
• Conduct pre-delivery and safety checks
Skills & Experience
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence with hands-on tasks.
• Proficient with a range of power tools
• Reliable, self-motivated problem-solver.
• Able to manage varied customer and workshop priorities.
• Sales experience in a similar industry - desirable
• Clear communicator
• Fork lift experience
