We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in delivering professional service and building lasting relationships with owners and tenants.

Your role
You will take ownership of your portfolio, supported by the wider team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Managing tenancy matters and maintaining accurate property records.
- Planning and conducting routine and final inspections, with clear reporting and timely follow-up.
- Coordinating maintenance with owners, tenants, contractors, building managers and strata managers.
