ACTIONABILITY is a boutique and growing NDIS service provider focussed on providing high-quality Support Coordination services in Western Sydney, Inner West, Hawkesbury and Southwest Sydney areas. Our team values a thoughtful and tailored approach to each and every participant whilst being responsive and reliable, creative, enthusiastic and engaging with each person we work with.
At ActionAbility, we are committed to fostering a respectful, grounded and drama-free team culture. We value humility, professionalism and collaboration so that our energy stays where it belongs — on delivering the best possible outcomes for our participants. We need a team member who shares our values and team culture, leaving ego at the door, ensuring our focus remains firmly on our participants and their needs.
We are seeking an individual who holds a genuine desire to make a difference in the life of everyone we work alongside, always endeavoring to reach the best possible outcomes with them. This isn't just a paycheck for you but a genuine passion and a role that you want to invest in, as the director and leadership team at ActionAbility will invest in you and work to support you to reach your career goals and aspirations. We seek an individual to join our team who is exceptionally motivated and self-driven and can work highly autonomously and proactively. Due to the nature of the role and ability to work in your own home office (whilst coaching, training and support are provided ongoing) it is important that you possess the skills to go about your work tasks autonomously and that you have the character traits to do enjoy the work from home arrangement.
