KJR is seeking an experienced User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead to support a major Enterprise Learning Management System (ELMS) implementation for one of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end UAT delivery for a cloud-based learning management platform, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology vendors to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and ready for go-live. This is a short-term contract role from November till Feb 2027.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the UAT strategy, test plans, schedules and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end-to-end UAT activities across business processes, system functionality and integrations.
- Translate business requirements and user journeys into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Coordinate UAT execution with business SMEs, end users, technical teams and external vendors.
- Manage defects, triage, retesting and issue resolution.
- Maintain requirements traceability, test evidence and UAT reporting.
- Identify business process gaps, configuration issues and operational readiness risks.
- Prepare UAT completion reports and support business acceptance and go-live decisions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience as a UAT Lead, Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst leading business-led UAT activities.




- Robust experience delivering UAT for enterprise SaaS, cloud-based platforms or large technology implementations.
- Demonstrated experience testing complex end-to-end business processes and cross-functional workflows.
- Expertise in test planning, scenario development, execution management, defect management and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience coordinating business users, technical teams and vendors.
- Ability to identify and distinguish system defects, configuration issues and business process gaps.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in government, regulated or complex enterprise environments.

Highly Desirable

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or enterprise learning platforms.
- Exposure to D2L Brightspace or Course Merchant.
- Previous experience supporting Queensland Government technology projects.
