LEAD Childcare is seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join our growing team in Murrumba Village. About the Role

As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Working collaboratively with the Centre Manager and leadership team, you will guide continuous improvement, support professional growth, and foster a culture of reflective practice across the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor educators in curriculum planning and implementation.
- Support the delivery of engaging, child-centred educational programs.
- Promote reflective practices and continuous quality improvement.
- Guide educational documentation and assessment practices.
- Support educators to build strong relationships with children and families.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
- Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) goals and centre initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Previous experience in an Educational Leader, Lead Educator,



or leadership role. (preferred but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, or willingness to obtain.
- National Child safety training- Gecko (1-4)
- Child protection Training- CHCPRT025
- Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Passion for inspiring and developing educators.
