UGE Lighting is an Australian lighting wholesaler and distributor, offering a wide range of quality LED lighting products for residential, commercial and architectural applications.
We work closely with electricians, lighting retailers, designers, builders and other trade professionals across Australia.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our customer base within the lighting and electrical industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale and trade customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Provide product information, pricing and quotations to customers.
- Follow up on quotations, sales leads and customer orders.
- Recommend suitable lighting products based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with our internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay up to date with our product range, promotions and industry developments.
About You
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in lighting, electrical wholesale,
building products or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in developing new customer relationships and generating sales opportunities.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong customer service focus.
- Knowledge of LED lighting products is highly regarded but not essential.
