Berendsen Fluid Power, part of Questas Group, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative, based at Norwest, Wetherill Park or Newcastle, to support our nationwide branch network.

This is customer service in an industrial business environment. You’ll work across phone calls, shared inboxes, orders and administration, helping branches respond to customer needs and manage their workload. Hydraulic industry experience is welcome, but it isn’t essential. We’ll provide full training to help you develop your product knowledge.

About the role

Our national support team assists branches with sales overflow and a broader range of service and administrative tasks. Your priorities will change throughout the day, so you’ll need to move comfortably between enquiries while keeping track of outstanding actions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing incoming calls and multiple shared inboxes, prioritising enquiries and following through on requests.

- Preparing quotations and processing sales orders.

- Generating purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.

- Liaising with customers, suppliers and branch colleagues to obtain information and progress enquiries.

- Helping customers with product selection using catalogues and product information as your knowledge develops.

- Assisting branches with service-related administration and other support tasks as required.

You’ll be part of a team whose contribution extends beyond processing sales. Being willing to help wherever support is needed is an important part of the role.





About you

You’re organised, practical and comfortable switching between tasks without losing sight of the details. You know when to work through an enquiry independently and when to ask for guidance.

You’ll bring:

- Experience managing customer enquiries alongside administrative tasks.

- The ability to manage calls and multiple inboxes, keeping requests organised and progressing.

- Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.

- Attention to detail when processing orders and preparing documentation.

- A flexible approach to supporting sales, service and general administration.

- A willingness to learn technical products and work through unfamiliar enquiries.

Desirable: Experience in an industrial, trade supply or similar business environment would be helpful. Hydraulic industry experience and technical product knowledge are welcome, but neither is essential.
