True Skin, established 2010, is located on the ground floor of Key Health Medical Centre at 281 Elizabeth St, Sydney, NSW, 2000, in the Sydney CBD. Our opening hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm.

We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our high-performing team. We prefer someone with a beauty background to understand the initricacies of our work. There is also the opportunity to provide treatments and laser for the right candidates.

This is a casual/part-time or FT position. Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm.

As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for visitors' experiences. Your warm greetings, welcoming smile, and attentive service will reassure our clients that they have chosen the right place to embark on their journey to rejuvenation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with beauty based experience as a student or current therapist to work alongside doctors and nurses.

Responsibilities:

- Manage appointment bookings, patient queries, and front desk operations.
- Provide excellent customer service,



ensuring positive interactions with clients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver the best possible client experience.
- Check-in and check-out clients.
- Prospect to assist with and manage clinic social media
- Supporting treatment procedures when needed, including application of numbing cream and LED light therapy, to assist clinicians when they are busy.

About You:

- Well-presented, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using computers, booking systems, and phones
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Prior experience in reception/or customer service
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
