We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team, primarily working across breakfast at Blacksmith Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love looking after people and can bring a positive attitude to every shift, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll be doing

No two mornings are quite the same. You’ll be part of a busy team making sure our guests start their day on the right note, while helping our restaurant transition seamlessly from breakfast into lunch service.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Welcoming guests, managing seating and creating a warm, genuine first impression.
- Supporting our buffet breakfast service, including replenishing buffet items and keeping the dining area looking fresh and inviting.
- Taking coffee and beverage orders, preparing coffees when needed and making sure guests have what they need.
- Clearing plates, resetting tables and keeping service flowing during busy breakfast periods.
- Helping turn the restaurant around from breakfast to à la carte lunch service, including resetting tables and preparing the restaurant for the next service.
- Taking lunch orders,



running food and providing attentive table service at Blacksmith Bar & Grill.
- Assisting with in-room dining orders and service when required.
- Supporting meetings, events and conferences with food and beverage service.
- Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to keep things running smoothly and deliver a great guest experience.

What we’re looking for

- A positive, friendly personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Previous hotel food and beverage or café experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on the little details.
- A team player who is happy to jump in wherever help is needed.
- Confident communicating with guests and working with a diverse team.
- Barista skills are a bonus, but we’re happy to help you build your skills.
- Flexible availability for early morning starts, from 6:00 am or 7:00 am, and shifts extending through breakfast and into lunch service.
- Availability to assist with events, conferences and in-room dining when required.
