About the role

Eagers Automotive is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Alice Springs, NT. This is a full-time position based on-site that will play a key strategic role in developing and executing integrated marketing communications campaigns across our automotive business. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling marketing content, managing digital and traditional channels, and driving brand awareness to support our dealership operations and customer engagement objectives. This role is crucial in connecting our brand with customers and building lasting relationships within the local community.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels to promote vehicle sales and services
- Create engaging marketing content including copy, graphics, videos and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement and analytics, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Coordinate with dealership teams to identify customer needs and develop targeted marketing initiatives
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and campaign results to optimise strategies and improve return on investment
- Manage marketing budgets and negotiate with external vendors and media suppliers
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional events, launches and community engagement activities
- Research market trends,



competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategy
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results and recommendations for management review

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar marketing role within the automotive industry or retail sector, demonstrating successful campaign execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and social media best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, management and external marketing partners
- Qualification in Marketing,



Communications, Business or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and local Alice Springs market is advantageous
