- Perth Metro

- $35/hr (3-Week ABN Trial) ➔ $45/hr Full-Time

- Real Leadership Potential | No Tickets Needed

Are you a switched-on tradie who knows your way around a brick saw, compactor, and power tools? We run a fast-growing, high-energy landscape construction team tackling top-tier commercial and residential projects across Perth—from custom decking, paving, and retaining walls to complete high-end outdoor redesigns.

We’ve built a winning formula that works, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable hardscaping labourer who wants to learn our system, take pride in top-quality builds, and step up as a future team leader.

WHAT MAKES THIS JOB A GREAT MOVE?

- Top Pay Rates: Clear, fast progression from a 3-week ABN trial ($35/hr) straight into a secure, full-time role at $45/hr.
- Zero Bureaucracy: No White Card, no tickets, and no long site inductions required—just show up, bring good energy, and get stuck in.
- Supportive & Team-oriented Culture: We’ll teach you our proven way of building, but we value smart thinking, open communication, and fresh ideas on site.
- Career Growth: We’re expanding fast. If you show initiative and take ownership, there’s a direct path to leading your own crew.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

- 2+ Years Hardscaping Experience: You know hard landscape construction (paving, retaining walls, turf, decking, earthworks)—not just basic lawn mowing.
- Tool-Savvy: Confident using brick saws, drop saws, compactors, grinders, and general power tools.
- Manual Driver’s Licence: Essential for moving gear and site vehicles.
- Solid Work Ethic & Communication: Punctual, self-driven, follows instructions to a tee, and asks questions when needed to keep the job moving smoothly.
- Full Work Rights: Permanent Residents or Citizens preferred.
