APG Workforce is seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Production Workers to join a busy meat production facility in Arndell Park. These roles are ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment and can perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced production setting.

Available Shifts

- 2:00 am start
- 5:00 am start
- 1:30 pm start

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with meat production and processing activities.
- Performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Standing for extended periods while working on production lines.
- Maintaining a consistent pace in a fast-paced production environment.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and meeting site hygiene requirements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you must:





- Be physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling and other physically demanding tasks.
- Not keep birds, pigs or chickens at home due to strict biosecurity requirements.
- Be comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment.
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all site safety, hygiene and presentation requirements.
- Have reliable transport to and from the site.

Strict Site Presentation Requirements
For food safety and hygiene reasons, workers must not wear:

- Acrylic nail polish or false nails.
- False eyelashes.
- Jewellery.
- Piercings must be completely removed before commencing work.
