Personal Training Position | Brunswick

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Brunswick. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Hours you need to be free

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

To be considered

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What you will do
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
