We're excited to be opening NOUL Brunch & Coffee, a brand-new neighbourhood café in the heart of Bedford!

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Café All-Rounder with barista experience to join our team.

At NOUL, we believe great hospitality is about more than just good coffee. It's about making people feel welcome, looking after each other and creating a place our local community loves coming back to.

We're hoping to find someone who enjoys all aspects of café life and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, all-rounder position where you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of the café.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and providing warm, friendly service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Preparing coffees and other beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area
- Restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing duties
- Supporting your teammates during busy service periods
- Helping create a positive and welcoming atmosphere

What We're Looking For

- Previous café or hospitality experience
- Barista experience and confidence making espresso-based coffees
- A friendly,



positive and approachable personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
- A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong team spirit
- Availability for early mornings and weekends

Working Hours

NOUL will be open 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Early morning and weekend availability is preferred.
